Composite Radomes are cured using Autoclave curing process. Further, the Radomes are assembles with the antenna and then injected with liquid PU foam. Upon completion of Foaming process, free issue hardware received from the customer is bonded using adhesives and processed for painting. Painted coupons undergo Cross hatch testing, Dry & Wet Adhesion testing.
Visual Inspection are performed as per of NDT inspections
- Materials of Construction: Monolithic parts fabricated using Glass/Epoxy prepreg, bonding using adhesives/resins & Painting using Epoxy Primer & Paint.
