Material of Construction:
- Monolithic parts fabricated using Phenolic Glass prepreg and are coated using Water and Solvent based paint systems
- Sandwich structures fabricated using Phenolic Glass prepreg and Nomex Honeycomb core.
- Assembly of components by wet layup and bonding process.
All the composite parts are fabricated and trimmed in house and undergo process control coupon testing such as interlinear shear strength test and Drum peel testing.
Visual Inspection are performed as per of NDT inspections.
Process: Prepreg with autoclave curing.
