KKCI currently has capability in ultra-sonic A-Scan, Non Destructive Inspection of composite parts. KKCI has 3 ASNT level II qualified inspectors, one of whom is certified as per NAS 410 level II for Ultrasonics. KKCI also has NDT consultants, UK., a NDT level III, inspection agency on retainership basis. Having this capability allows KKCI to speed parts through NDT inspection and assist in our on-time performance.

Dual Robotic UT C-scan

Fill DRS ACCUBOT UT Inspection System is the first of its kind Dual Robot based C-Scan equipment in India. The Inspection System is manufactured by Fill, Austria has a 14 axes Squirter Type 7 m long, 2.5 m wide, 4 m height Robotic Arm C-Scan System.
